What factors affect the conveying efficiency of the vacuum auto loader
Vacuum auto loader have different requirements for conveying materials in different industries, so what does the vacuum autoloader rely on to ensure the efficiency of the equipment's conveying materials?
1. The conveying distance of the material. Under other conditions being the same, the longer the conveying distance of the powder or granular material, the more difficult the conveying will be and the lower the output will be.
2. Density specific gravity of the material. A reasonable scheme design can give full play to all the conveying capabilities of the vacuum autoloader. Generally, the diameter of the conveying pipe for materials with light specific gravity should be increased, and the diameter of the conveying pipe for materials with heavy specific gravity should be appropriately reduced.
3. The fluidity of the material. Pneumatic conveying is carried out under a certain ratio of air and powder materials. Materials with poor fluidity and easy bridging and arching are relatively difficult to transport.
4. The vacuum degree of the power source of the vacuum auto loader. The vacuum degree of pneumatic conveying determines the size of the air inlet, which must be proportional to the density of the material and the volume of the equipment, thus determining the conveying efficiency of the powder material. The greater the density of the material conveyed by the vacuum feeder, the greater the head, and the vacuum degree of the equipped vacuum pump should also increase correspondingly.
5. Clean the filter. The dust and powder accumulated on the filter should be cleaned up in time. A clean filter can make the vacuum feeder play a higher conveying efficiency, protect the motor at the same time, and make the motor have a longer service life.
6. The characteristics of the material. If it is a powder material, if the powder is sticky, this will affect the conveying efficiency of the vacuum feeder. If the powder is dry and non-sticky, the conveying effect of the feeding machine will be better.
